In therapy we work with both symptoms and the underlying context that shapes how you feel — nervous-system regulation, attachment patterns, life experience, cognition, and your current life situation. My aim is for our work together to be shaped around you, your pace, and your capacity, with a focus on building safety, room to act, and wellbeing over time.
Therapy with me is for you who want to work at depth, understand yourself better, and create change that doesn't just ease symptoms, but supports a sustainable way of living and relating over time.
Therapy with me is for you who are experiencing psychological distress — stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship difficulties — or find yourself in a life crisis where continuing as before no longer feels possible. It might be ongoing suffering, recurring patterns, or a sense of having lost direction, connection, or meaning.
I draw on several evidence-based therapy methods in my work:
These methods aren't used as fixed templates, but as tools I integrate around your needs, goals, and circumstances. For me, the relationship between us — the sense of safety and shared understanding — always matters more than any single method.
Many who find their way to me have already done a lot of work on their own. They've read books, been in therapy before, listened to podcasts, and thought a great deal about why they react the way they do. They often understand their patterns fairly well. And yet something still feels missing.
Maybe you recognize the feeling of knowing exactly what you should do, but still not quite being able to do it.
For me, therapy is rarely about gathering even more knowledge. More often, it's about creating the conditions that let what you already know actually land — not just as understanding in your head, but as something you feel in your body, in your relationships, and in how you live your life.
I want to help you find your way home to yourself. To create more contact with your feelings, needs, and values, so it becomes easier to live in the direction of the life you long for. Not by becoming someone else, but by shedding what stands in the way of who you already are.
We'll work at a pace that respects your capacity. Sometimes we need to pause. Sometimes to take brave steps forward. I don't believe in forcing change, but I don't believe in only understanding either. I believe in a balance between acceptance and change — in building a safe foundation where real growth can unfold over time.
My goal isn't for you to become dependent on therapy. My goal is for you to feel increasingly at home in yourself. To carry with you a greater sense of safety, a clearer direction, and a deeper trust in your own ability to meet life, even when it's hard.
Therapy is offered online, in Swedish and English.
